I booked a birthday party for my two daughters 12 and 9 years old. From what I was aware of with the $ 15.95 package each child receives one slice of pizza, three pitchers of soda and 100 tokens. Well I allowed both daughters to invite 10 friends each. So there were 20 guests along with the two birthday girls as well as my two sons. A total of 24 kids. We only got 100 tokens and three pitchers of soda for that many kids. I considered it two birthday parties while TWO managers insisted I booked one. While that is true that I booked one party I had double the amount of what the minimum was to have a party there. I spoke to TWO managers on duty and neither one was accommodating to our party. How much was it really going to affect the company to give us three more pitchers of soda and another 100 tokens?!? I did not enjoy myself at all at my daughters party because of the poor customer service. I cut the cake, passed out the Icecream and cleaned up after the kids. What is the point of having a party«specialist» if I had to do things myself? At the end my husband went to pay the over $ 300 bill and the manager asked if we wanted to leave a gratuity he told them NO! After he paid the bill we saw a group of employees gathered by the concession stand pretty obvious talking about the tip we did not leave! I will never return to this establishment and will let all the parents of the 20 guests know not to book a party there!

Perhaps I shouldn’t write this review, as it’s been at least 15 years since I’ve been in this place. Still, the nostalgia may be enough credence for me to write a review of some memorable childhood experiences. I used to come here with friends, sometimes alone(accompanied by parents, of course), and also in parties in grade school. I remember it being a great time. The food was decent, the prizes were neat(seriously, some of those toys may have cost less than one cent, but were still amazing and gave us hours of entertainment), and I also remember playing a bunch of fun games(to break up the normal skating routine) and trying a bunch of unique candies. If it’s anything like it used to be, you will have a good time. They even had lockers available for shoes and other belongings, which was a nice convenience. I know that since I’ve been there, they added a few other attractions. I’m sure this place has changed substantially, and my review may be based on outdated concepts. It may completely nullify anything I can say about this place, but perhaps this will snowball and encourage others to review.
