They turned away burying a friend of ours because they’re «uncomfortable» that he was not a citizen. No he was not, he was a legal resident of the US, with a Green Card and a SSN. Their confusion is making an already difficult process more difficult for this person’s poor family. And in any case, it’s difficult to understand their «reason» to not lay this poor soul to rest.
