Sally is not only knowledgeable, she is clearly passionate about her work in supporting mothers and babies along their breastfeeding journey. She is compassionate, professional, and very thorough. We saw other lactation consultants before finding Sally, and she was by far the most helpful, quickly identifying issues that others had overlooked or dismissed. She also sends wonderfully comprehensive follow-​up emails detailing her recommendations, which is so useful for new mamas running on little sleep (it makes so much sense because it’s not like you can take your own notes during a lactation consultation!). My baby and I have made rapid and great progress in our breastfeeding relationship because of her insights and care. So so happy to have found Sally. My 2 month old was having some feeding issues. Sally recognized that the tongue tie one doctor had cut, was not fully fixed and they had missed a lip tie. My baby was getting so much air, she was screaming in pain from the gas bc of these issues. After getting another tongue tie fix and the lip tie, working with Sally to retrain my daughter to suck correctly and going to an infant massage therapist (which, believe it or not, works wonders) my baby is so much happier and much more comfortable. She went from getting 1 ounce a session to 3 and started gaining weight almost immediately. I highly recommend Sally! And it’s still cheaper (and healthier) than formula!
