Look no further. If you’re having car trouble in Rochester, these are the folks you want to go to. From the service, to the facilities; Really impressed! I had some A+ work done on my fog lights, all that to top it off with A+ professional service.
You never hope that you’ll have to go back somewhere to fix your car but if I do, I know where I’m headed. They also have a nice waiting room with chairs and water if you choose to wait while they get the work done. Overall great experience, thanks Nu-​Look!

Had been there a few times successfully. Decent work. A little pricey but decent work. The last time however will be the last time. They took receipt of the vehicle. Literally gave me a receipt for the vehicle. On this receipt it says that I understand they have the vehicle and can not let the vehicle leave without my consent. They did. After speaking with the insurance company they allowed it to be shipped to another lot not in the Rochester area. Without a phone call. Without the opportunity to collect my personal belongings which I was denied on my original visit. Essentially they allowed my vehicle and my tools to be stolen by a tow truck driver not known or approved by myself. Shipped off down the road without even picking up the phone. I understand that they deal with the insurance companies everyday. More times than not the insurance companies recommendations are followed. But to ignore the vehicle owner, cut me out of the loop and send my property elsewhere is just wrong. Actually according to their paperwork a breach of contract and illegal.
I understand that they are very large and successful but somewhere along the way they seem to have forgotten about the customer and basic customer service. My advice find a smaller shop with a good track record. Save some money and be part of the process. In my experience these guys think they work for the insurance companies not the actual vehicle owner.

I highly recommend trusting Nu-​Look with your auto repair. They have a texting service which kept me up to date every day on the progress of my car as well as an estimated completion date. I also got a phone call from one of their service people every few days to talk and let me know what was going on. The car looks great and I am a happy customer! Thank you Nu-​Look I will be sure to use you again next time… hopefully not too soon!

Met with Julie and they repainted the car hood hood where the damaged came back through. Glad they fixed it. They made it very clear they would not fix it again, if it happened again

This place was great! The staff was incredibly friendly, accommodating, and did excellent work. I would highly recommend them. My only complaint would be that they left my battery dead.

I have used NuLook several times. I am a perfectionist and rarely write reviews. I worked with Jeremy and Tom and both were a pleasure to work with. Everything was completed on time and was perfect. Tom took me on a tour of the shop and showed me my vehicle in process. He explained what was being done and what would be subsequently done. I can’t say enough about their services. I wouldn’t go any where else.

Took my 2010 Nissan Murano to Nu-​Look in Irondequoit. Travelers has a concierge desk on site and since the driver who caused my accident had them, it was a no brainer. They also came highly recommended.
It was a front-​end collision and repairs ended up being extensive. Bob guided me every step of the way. I received regular updates on the status of the claim, the parts delivery date and exactly how the repairs were going. It was the most seamless and painless experience and my car turned out FANTASTIC! They even cleaned the interior for me.
Paint matched perfectly, every single bell and whistle was in working order and I’m thrilled that they were able to do such a great job.
Nu-​Look stands behind their repairs and work and i would NOT go anywhere else in Rochester. The whole experience was perfect!

After a few recommendations from fellow Unilocalers and hearing about Em’s great experience, I chose Nu-​Look for my overdue autobody repairs. I finally made an appointment to get an estimate for some scratches and dents that needed repairing. Ken did the estimate for me and was speedy and thorough. The claim would be going through my insurance so I made sure they new all the logistics that went along with that and Nu-​Look pretty much took care of the rest. They ordered tge parts and called to let me know when to drop off my car. They also made sure to let me know that the repairs would take from Mon-​Fri and asked if I’d need a rental, which I did, so they facilitated that as well since they work with a local Hertz dealer. It honestly couldn’t have been a better experience. They perfectly managed the whole deal and my car looks like it did when I bought it. They cleaned the interior and exterior as well, which was a nice touch. They’ve got my stamp of approval.

I chose this place for the following reasons
1. It was on the list of repair places recommended by my insurance company.
2. My friend had a repair done from them a few years back and was very happy.
3. Some Unilocalers mentioned that they were pretty decent
4. And, it was really close to work (less that 5 mins)
I went for the estimate, and I arrived late (I don’t do mornings) but they were very accommodating and got me on their next available time slot. Their estimate was pretty thorough and they handled all the paper work necessary for the repair and insurance.
I got my car when they said it would be avaiable and they provided me with all the information I wanted.
The service was polite and patient, I am not a car body expert so I asked a lot of stupid questions.
The repair was great, my car looks much better than before the accident.
Note: I did not try their rental service (whomever they do the rental with) because it was only two days. So I cannot comment on that
