Old Navy Clothing Store

Old Navy certainly lives up to it’s name, not that its clothes are all navy, which I’m sure they are but more of the fact that they are o-​l-​d. What do I mean by this? Well while I have usually been a return customer practically because I am a sucker for clearance items, my visits are become less and less frequent more so then last year. Reason for this? Let me explain…
If you were to look in my wardrobe, you would see jackets, shirts, jeans, and shorts that are more then likely from Old Navy. These may look nice at first glance but as time went on after I purchased most of these items, the fabric began to tear and a lot of jeans began to completely fall apart. I would also like to point out I didn’t buy these jeans on clearance, they were normal priced, which ran around a hefty price of thirty dollars.
Needless to say, I wasn’t overly satisfied when my sleek skinny’s completely gave out at the knees. I have had similar issues with shirts where the fabric was coming off in small strands that if you started to pull on them, you couldn’t stop. Nevertheless, I have ceased purchasing anything from this particular Old Navy for about a year or two now.
I can say though that through all the times I have been through here, I have never had a problem with the employees who worked at the register and on the floor. My inquiries about certain items were meant with a positive reception, no huffs or puffs about me «wasting their time» unlike some other «higher-​end» department stores. Seeing how I still see most of these employees still working here, it makes the reason to shop here again more welcoming.
I’ll be a bit more cautious if I decide to initiate shopping here once again. I recommend giving the clothes you are going to buy a good once-​over after trying them on to check for any damage or imperfections, it’ll save you more money then you think.

I had purchased a large amount of items online but was not able to get a gift receipts. When I called old navy online they would not help. I brought all of the purchases into the Old Navy at Greece Ridge Mall they were MORE THAN helpful. Not only were they SO nice but they processed all of the items and helped me to repurchase to obtain gift receipts. Both the person helping me and the store manager went above and beyond to help me out. On top of it… When I repurchased the items many were cheaper and I earned $ 30 in super cash too. I’m only shopping in store from now on… Especially Old Navy at Greece Ridge Mall! Thanks again!
