Red Front

This is the best diner I’ve ever been to!!! The food was so good I had to come back days in a row. Their cheeseburger was as big as the palm of my hand, the fries and onion rings was the best ever, and their wings are huge! Their price is extremely cheap especially since everything is so fresh! The staffs are very friendly and they stick to their «old ways» which you can see in their decors and attitudes. Definitely will come back and recommend to anyone!

I like the Red Front for its unpretentious charm. It’s a great place to get a burger, hot dog, breakfast or most anything else that you can make with a flat top grill and a fryer. I had the hot dog plate with homemade baked beans, fries and their home made hot sauce. Pretty darn good if you’re into that sort of thing.
The clientele is, um, mostly folks who live or work in the North Clinton /​St. Paul Quarter area, so, not surprisingly, its not swanky. None the less, it’s a great people watching joint and has a great vibe, as if you’re in the neighborhood meeting place. The staff is incredibly friendly, and prices are very reasonable, but be sure to bring enough cash because they don’t take plastic.
It was a great experience. If you like good food and atmosphere and have a flair for extraordinary ordinary fare, then I highly recommend the Red Front.
