Shamrock Travel

I felt compelled to write after reading Natalia W’s review of Shamrock. I had the complete opposite experience with Shamrock when they booked our Italy trip.
Cathy was Attentive and Enthusiastic, just like Natalia said, AND was in touch with us constantly. Making sure that our plans were secured that we had everything we needed to make our decisions on hotel options. She even offered super travel advice on things that she wasn’t even booking for us.
Travel Agents have a tough job, everyone thinks it’s easy to do it yourself on-line.I do that too for short trips, but for complex, out of country trips, I’ll always use an agent and I’ll always use Shamrock.
Heck, Cathy drove an hour to my house to drop off the itinerary that she could have easily e-​mailed, but she was excited because one of the tour operators we chose sent these really cool backpacks and she was excited for us to have them.
