We rented a 13 passenger limo bus for a group wine tour. The service was excellent, and very importantly, the driver was on time. The bus was clean and ready to go, and there were no foul odors or stained upholstery. Overall an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this company.

I used Shuffles a few years ago when I worked at B+L and my job as an HR Coordinator included arranging interviews and associated logistics for high level candidates. Shuffles was our car service of choice: ridiculously accommodating, über professional, and always (always!) going above and beyond — even taking routes around Rochester that would highlight the best parts of the city and «downplay» the not so amazing parts.
Fast forward a few years, and I haven”t needed car services at the corporate level until recently when the taxi company we use at work ceased his contract with the hospital. I was left with the need for a car service with a very short time frame, and immediately thought of Frank and his team. Frank himself answered and we worked through the logistics of what I needed this week. He is warm, helpful, dependable and goes above and beyond to accommodate every request and schedule. The definition of professionalism. I could go on and on, but if you find yourself in need of transportation at the most professional and courteous of levels, don’t hesitate to call Shuffles!
