Established in 2007.

Simple Tech Innovations was founded on November 7^th of 2007. The company first started as an IT Consulting firm that provided secured and encrypted VPN networks to medical offices in the area. Since then we have grown into a business that provides IT and computer support throughout Monroe County and the surrounding counties. We specialize in providing full IT solutions to businesses, medical offices, and offer residential services as well. We are the one stop shop for networks, computer systems, business line products, and IT support.

Our mission is to bring top of the line computer support to all of Rochester and its surrounding areas. Finding affordable and high quality computer services in our area is difficult. We set out to make these services affordable and available for everyone in our area, and hope to help businesses grow by providing them services that they might not be able to afford otherwise.

Simple Tech Innovations is a small, local business so our employees wear a lot of different hats around the office. Paul is the Regional Customer Care Specialist and is in charge of making sure customers are happy with our services and products as well as reminding them of upcoming maintenance and software expiration dates. Paul is also responsible for marketing and sales.
