I went to the UPS store in Pittsford, they were amazing! They took care of my printing needs and were so much more cost effective than Staples! And could do printing that Staples couldn’t. The girls were friendly and nice and i look forward to doing business with them again!

5 stars for their service! I had to ship a package away (pre-​paid labels) and didn’t feel comfortable using one of their drop boxes. He made sure that everything was in order (putting extra tape on the box) and gave me a tracking number receipt at the end. I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes.
Conveniently located in a large plaza with B&N and Trader Joe’s.

The UPS store’s got my number… and my addresses as well! I really dig taking my packages there for shipping, boxed or unboxed. The big bonus, for me, is that they’ve stored all of my past shipments to friends & relatives so that I don’t even need to make out a shipping label. Bonus! Saves me time & hassle & it ensures proper delivery. Did I mention that the staff here is super friendly & helpful? They do take the extra time needed to make sure that your pre-​paid shipments are properly processed, which is also extremely helpful if you’re dealing, as I have in the past, with data recovery services.

Good service.
They are efficient and friendly and can help you with sending back retailer returns, shipping to anywhere (yes internationally), and passport photos (definitely make sure they use the white background). I have used all of these.
Frequently, there is free automatic insurance of the package up to $ 100 which covers many items, so ask, if that is something you need to know.
FYI — this location is not open Sunday.
