We are off to a rough start. Contract signed for 140 foot of fence (4′ Closed Picket in tan). Put down 50% = $ 2375. Estimate for installation in 1 ½ to 2 weeks. I hadn’t heard back on the installation after 2 weeks. It took 20 attempts to reach them to get them here. Brian and an assistant were here yesterday. 2 sections of 17 sections were installed but there are issues already.
The bottom rails are up to 7 inches from the ground and the fence is short a 4-​foot section from the agreed length. No call — No show today. Brain said they will be here at 9 AM. It is almost 1 PM. Tried to reach him twice. No response.
Let’s see how they resolve the issues. When they do I will upgrade my rating.

ZERO! Called this place to get an estimate on my broken fence gate. Guy came out was very nice and I thought price was ok… slightly high but our insurance would be covering it so it was doable. Signed a paper and told him was waiting for the money to come in and would give him a call in a week or two. He stated in the meantime he would order materials so everything would be ready to go.
Called two weeks later to let him know everything was ready to go and he stated he’d give me a call when his secretary was back in the office who does scheduling. Never called. Called two days later and he stated same thing and said he’d call back in an hour. Never called me again. Called the next day… same story. So at this point I’d rather go where my money is wanted and have good customer service. This place only showed me that they are not consistent and I won’t waste my time doing business with them. Just weird overall. I don’t recommend using this company.
