History

Established in 2005.

Kathy Holmes, Broker Owner of All Points Realty, entered the real estate industry in 1996. She worked at Old Reserve Realty in Jefferson for six years then moved to RealtyNet in Orwell, OH. She received her real estate broker’s license in September of 2005 and in December of 2005, All Points Realty was born and located in Rock Creek, OH where it remains as a successful real estate brokerage offering personalized customer service.

Broker, Kathy Holmes, has been licensed and practicing general real estate since 1996. Early in her career she began specializing in marketing properties with acreage– farms and vacant land. Kathy got her Broker’s license in 2005 and launched All Points Realty. All Points Realty has an office located in Rock Creek, OH; but the real estate associatesworking at All Points Realty cover business in Ashtabula, Geauga, Lake, and Trumbull counties.
