We are a tax preparation and accounting firm serving individuals and businesses throughout the counties of York, Chester and Lancaster in South Carolina as well as the cities of Rock Hill, Fort Mill, York, Chester, Clover and Tega Cay. In addition, we serve the Ballantyne and Pineville areas of southern Mecklenburg County in North Carolina. We offer a full range of income tax, accounting and small business consulting services.

Bill D.

Business Owner

Bill Deaton is the owner of B&D Business Services, which specializes in income tax preparation, payroll processing and bookkeeping.

Bill has prepared taxes since 1990 where he started as a staff accountant at a regional CPA firm in Charlotte, NC. Bill became a partner in this firm for 9 years before leaving to take over B&D Business Services in 2006. His public accounting experience has provided him with exposure and expertise in handling any non-​publicly held business entity’s tax and accounting needs.
