To give a fair and accurate assessment of my experience with this company, I have to say that their sales rep who gave me an estimate was awesome and a pleasure to work with. That is where the good experience ended. The moving team that showed up to move us was not like the professional team I anticipated. The real problem I have with their service was due to their lack of respect and professionalism when they unloaded the truck into our newly built home. Our door frames, walls, and moldings were knocked into and damaged. So please do not believe it when they tell you that they wrap your furniture And take care to prevent damage to your walls.
As the last reviewer said, I too did not get any follow up calls from anyone in a leadership position which can only lead me to assume that the level of service I received is more typical than Atypical.
We have been told since our move that Bulldog Moving Company is the way to go. So I would recommend them if you are reading this because you need a reputable moving company.
If you do NOT want the hassle of cleaning up a huge mess and paying for repairs to your home, I would also recommend that you do not make the same mistake I did.
I hope my review helps someone avoid choosing the wrong moving company.
I have talked with a lot of people and know that they could have avoided much of the damAge they did to my home by removing the door whey they entered my house.
Also, my realtor and the cable tv guy were astonished at the very rude and hostile behavior of the moving crew who rammed our belongings into my new house. I am sure they will be happy to warn others who are shopping for movers as well. That was so embarraSsing!
