Specialties
Groucho’s Deli has a great menu featuring homemade soups, salads, and sandwiches. Try the best selling sandwich, the STP, that features roast beef, turkey, bacon bits, and swiss cheese all served hot on a sub roll with chips, pickle, and the world famous «45» sauce. If you are in the mood for a salad, try the My Wife’s Salad Bowl… a salad piled high with tomatoes, cucumbers, ham, turkey, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, and colby cheese cubes. Choose from any one of our homemade dressings like the low-fat «95» sauce. If it’s cold and you need to warm up, just ask for a bowl of the spicy homemade chicken chili. Groucho’s also offers turn-key catering service for any size, large or small. Groucho’s also offers a wonderful selection of craft beer that rotates on a regular basis!
History
Established in 2008.
Meg Jenkins Locke and Chris DeCamp opened Groucho’s Deli of Rock Hill in 2008 with the phenomenal support of family and friends.
Meg had finally returned to Rock Hill where she grew up and graduated from Northwestern High School, while her father, Coach Bob Jenkins was becoming a legendary track and cross country coach. Now a member of the York County Hall of Fame and the SC Coaches Association Hall of Fame, Coach can be found in the deli most days helping and hanging out.
Groucho’s is always community first and provides assistance to local non-profits, such as the Catawba Care Coalition… a program which can trace its’ roots back to Margaret Jenkins, Meg’s mother. Groucho’s is also a proud supporter of Winthrop University!
Meet the Manager
Cale M.
Manager
I have been with Groucho’s Deli of Rock Hill since day 1.
Originally from the tiny town of Campobello, my wife, Kelly, and I are now proud to call York County our home and Winthrop University our Alma Mater. Kelly currently teaches 9th and 10th grade English at Fort Mill High School, and I hold the District Manager position for Groucho’s of Rock Hill and Hickory.
