Have enjoyed thier Happy Hour. Though recently creeped up in cost still great price on drinks 4 to 7 Appetizers could be expanded as a suggestion.

Went here on a Monday night with friends. The Southern Belle Margaritas were delicious. The food was VERY average… what you’d expect at a chain. Our server, Alex(female), was great – very attentive and split our checks, no problem. The young man who delivered the food was not as well-trained in customer service. When one of our friends(who had ordered a steak and lots of appetizers for the table) asked for cheese sauce for his broccoli, he was told that couldn’t be done. When my friend mentioned that they have cheese sauce for other items, he was told, «Well, we CAN do it, but it will be 69 cents extra.» I’m sure they have people complain about even the smallest up charge, but it was just explained in a very tacky way. A good server would have probably just comped that or at least been a little more accommodating and tactful. I had the fish and chips, which was pretty good. Those at the table who had the cedar plank salmon said it was delicious. Oh, and go on Wednesdays for free pie night if that’s your thing!

Service is poor. You would think your server was straight out of the ghetto and a condisending manager. Will not go here will drive to Charlotte to get good service.

Always bring my mom here to eat on Tuesday nights. Food and service is always excellent. The rolls are to die for. The pies are delicious. Our waiter Christian who waited on us tonight was very attentive. Never once did we sit with empty glasses or basket of rolls. Great place. And you can’t beat their selection on their $ 9.99 menu. Although I wish they would put the cowboy sirloin back on the $ 9.99 menu.

The food was very good. Prime rib for two was a good deal. Especially since we had a group of 8. Upgrade your piece for $ 6. Unfortunately it was Saturday night and the restaurant was not prepared. Seemed understaffed and the manager was going table to table apologizing. The manager actually gave us a 20% discount on our bill. So that was an awesome thing!!!

I took my three little ones to eat here for lunch yesterday. We went at 12:15 and the place was a ghost town compared to its competitors on Dave Lyle. It gets 1 star because of cleanliness. When we walked in our hostess had a hacking cough and was not covering her mouth at all. She grabbed the menus and crayons while hacking on them. As we sat down the all the appetizer plates had residual food dried on them. The forks in all our wrapped tools had the same. I pointed this out to my hacking waitress/hostess and apologized and brought more. I ordered all of the kids pink lemonade and my daughters had a bug dead in it. I pointed this out and another waiter named Grey apologized and fixed it fast. By this point I was thankful by wife was not with us! By now I was concerned so I made the kids get fried chicken tenders because of cleanliness. My menu had two pubic hairs behind the plastic cover!!! I repeat pubic hairs behind the plastic covers. We all ordered fried food because nothing kills germs better than hot oil. On to the men’s restroom after the ordering so I could wash the kids hands prior to eating. There was bacon spat on the sink. The food came out and was absolutely delicious and the waiter was great. If you are a hypochondriac this is not the place for you. After telling my wife about our adventure she’ll never go there. I think I’ll pass on another visit as well. The food was great though.

We chose this over Logan’s merely because heavy traffic prevented us from changing lanes quickly enough to get into their parking lot. I didn’t want to turn around… so we ate here. Boy, were we not impressed! This place kind of reminds me of an Applebee’s without the things that make Applebee’s special… IF you think Applebee’s is special. I ordered a nacho cheese appetizer. It was ok but I thought it was a bit salty. My wife ordered the trio appetizer. That included chicken tenders, fried pepper jack cheese, and potato skins. The chicken was decent although not award winning as advertised. The fried cheese was just ok. But the thing that put my wife over the edge was the burned potato skins. Would I recommend this place. Ah, probably not. This should be your«b» option if you did not plan your lane changes and don’t want to turn around to go to Logan’s Steak House.

Had dinner here with the family. I ordered Prime rib, and my wife ordered a chicken and pasta dish. Kids had steak medallions. The prime rib was super small and they gave me an end cut. My wife’s chicken was just awful. I tried a bite and almost couldn’t put it down. Slimy, chewy like rubber. Tasted steamed or even microwaved. My sons broccoli came on his plate still in the microwave steam bag. They asked my wife if she wanted something else. She ordered the steak medallions my kids had. She wanted medium, they rushed it and it was very rare. We took the steak home for the dog. And to top it off they charged my wife $ 12.99 when her original meal was $ 9.99. Should have been free! Never and I do mean never, will I eat here again.

The service was awesome here! Our server was very quick and attentive. However, the food was not that great. My brother got a French dip sandwich that was entirely too salty. My salad was over dressed. Definitely recommend getting dressing on the side unless you like soupy salads. I got the bacon mac and cheese which honestly wasn’t anything more special than boxed mac and cheese. It was also sitting in a bowl of a cheesy soup.

1. Dirty tables 2. Dirty and sticky menus 3. Smelled and looked like a cafeteria for senior citizens 4. Appetizer was okay 5. Order came out on the plate with no sides 6. Had to ask for celery and ranch for chicken tenders 7. Lettuce wedge was good 8. Will not eat at O’Charley’s ever again. Last time I ate there was 7 years ago and this visit reminded me why I had not returned for so long.

We stopped here on the way back from an apple orchard in South Carolina. We had a box of cider donuts to snack on, but besides that, we were hoooongry! The local pizza joint was closed and we opted out of takeout Chinese, so we decided to sacrifice and eat at one of the hordes of chain restaurants pervasive in this area. That was probably a mistake. We got fried pickles as an app. They were really good. My hopes were high for this place! My SO, who is strictly vegetarian, got the loaded potato soup(minus bacon — you have to ask to have it held, we learned, even though it’s listed on the menu as meat-free. That was a bit of a pain.). I asked for a Cowboy Sirloin, which is, I suppose an euphemistic name for«the diametric opposite of top sirloin.» I’d ordered rare, but what came to the table was what could only be described as a… pissed-off… grey… um, Jell-O creature. It literally wobbled when I stuck it with a fork and its color was like something fat and dead that had been pickled for six months. I asked our server if I could have an alternate option and she was lovely — she brought back a menu right away, and the manager came over to ask if we needed anything. The line cook came by to ask if we would like another steak, too. Unfortunately, we needed to go at that point. I was happy that the staff was so accommodating. I wasn’t feeling really great when I left because I was starving but didn’t want to pay another $ 15 to test another possibly-bad entrée. We ended up getting an egg salad sandwich and a huge bag of chips from the gas station 300 yards down the street and having those for dinner. Not recommended. Sorry, O’Charley’s — I won’t be back to your establishment.

«Two and a bar at the bar. Wait, I see about 6 empty bar tables, 3 empty regular tables on the side.» Umm, no we don’t have seats there because at least 5 of them still have dirty dishes on them. I just want some food and an ability to watch the 2nd half of the Buckeye game and feed my daughter before we hop back on the road. After a lengthy conversations asking the bartender if he could take us. It took at least 3 minutes. Are you serious? Who is the manager at this place to let this happen? I understand servers can be overbooked but their were clearly open tables and unwilling server who probably should find a new job. Luckily, the bartender decided to serve us. Come one we are easy– 2 glasses of water, 1 rum & coke, 2 appetizers and I never even needed a refill. How much work was that for a server? We saw the game and gave a little above 20% tip. That is all we wanted. I noticed later in the evening that that hostesses had made people wait at the door for 5 minutes while trying to figure out where to sit them even though they had tons of empty tables. Seems like a management issue where he was cutting too many people or they didn’t know how to balance their tables. Don’t stop in here-head over to Applebees or Chilis unless their management and service is like this as well. The actual food here was ok as the cheese wedges are my favorite. The combo appetizer is decent with wedges and chicken fingers as we had food to give our little one. Their nachos are pretty pathetic in comparison to other like chains. We barely had any cheese.
