This body shop did terrible work on my brand new truck it only had 1,200 miles on it when I brought it there now it looks terrible in the sun and they will not return my phone calls and won’t take any of my phone calls. There are swirls all over it and they need to make this right I might even get it fixed somewhere else and give them the bill.

Parsons did a great job for us repairing hail damage. They worked well with our insurance company and they even had a rental car available. Locally owned is important to me also.
