History
Established in 2005.
PhotoEnrichment Programs (PEP) was founded by professional travel photographer, author and international guide Ralph Velasco.
As photography instructors, our main goal is to help participants to get better pictures of their travels, whether venturing around the world or around the corner.

Business Owner
Ralph is an award-winning, U.S.-based travel photography instructor and international guide. He’s the author of Ralph Velasco On Travel Photography: 101 Tips for Developing Your Photographic Eye & More, as well as Essence of a Place: A Travel Photographer’s Guide to Using a Shot List for Capturing Any Destination.
He created an app for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch© called My Shot Lists for Travel, which is an easy-to-use application that helps travelers of all photography skill levels to bring back a more interesting and well-rounded collection of images from any destination. One user said it’s «…like having an entire Travel Photography course in your pocket.»
Recently he was a finalist in the prestigious Travel Photographer of the Year award, but unfortunately he lost out to a National Geographic photographer who’d won the award before.
