Established in 2001.

For about twenty years, as a public accountant, I worked with many types of small businesses in various industries. Some clients were able to maintain an internal accounting department, while a majority of my clients were comprised of one or two owners with limited bookkeeping know-​how, little physical space and a tight budget. The latter client often relied on their CPA to provide bookkeeping services for year-​end tax preparation. The hourly cost of these services by the CPA ranged from $ 150-​$ 250 hour. Ridiculous if you ask me. In 2010 I finally broke free and began to offer the same type of high quality service at 20% of the price. Currently, we service a wide range of client industries as well as offer business and individual tax preparation.
