Has most of what I need when the times call for it. Can’t be upset with a company’s management deciding to contract with certain businesses as it takes away from those on the lower ladder working the floor. Staff have always been positive and very helpful and full of knowledge. Store is clean and hours are convenient. Will shop here again.

It’s hit or miss on service here. I like Home Depot, but this one kind of irks me. More times then not I choose to spend my money elsewhere.

I will not be shopping at Home Depot for any of my floor needs nor will I refer them to anyone. They contract with American Flooring South Inc. which is a company that is so unreliable with their customer service. Their poor service reflects on Home Depot who have or should have a sense of responsiblity to their customers to refer them to competent and reliable contractors. One head ache after another with canceled appointments again and again and again. Months before repairs are made.
