New Sparkles

My wife and I both work, and have a busy schedule. We have 2 Kids and 3 Dogs. We have been doing business with new Sparkles now going on 3 years. They come and clean, while we are at work, and wifey has no complaints. When momma is happy all things are good. Plus they do a good job always.

Hired New Sparkles specifically for construction clean which they claimed to have two «teams» that specialized in that. Team showed up which consisted of 3 young girls who were very nice but had no equipment beyond one bucket and some rags. They were able to do ONE room in 2 hours. Had to fire and have professional cleaners come in that afternoon due to moving in that day. Absolutely false advertised what they were going to be able to do and incredibly unimpressed with their «skill» of cleaning. I had more cleaning equipment in my closet than they came with. Would NOT recommend in any way. Would have refused to pay but did not believe the workers should have to suffer due to the «boss» presenting themselves inappropriately.
Update to comment left by owner: We did not tip the girls in anyway. We paid the bill due to not wanting the girls to suffer but were told later by our realtor and contractor that we should have not paid a dime. We absolutely fired them. My husband walked in an literally said «please stop what you are doing.» We were very nice to the girls because it was not their fault that the manager misled what cleaning service would be done. I can give specific details if needed. Grossly misled by company and incredibly irritated that they are falsely added a comment of what happened.

They use microfiber cloths to clean the house and do an amazing job. They clean from top to bottom. We were recommended them by a real estate agency who they clean for she said they do an amazing and she was right. They are a local business that are Eco friendly. Support a small local business. Their costs are much better then any others we looked at. They quoted us half the time that the big agency quoted and it was amazing because they did.
