TERRIBLE AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I have been going to this site for quite some time. Morgan has been doing a good job for me. However today I went in for my early morning appointment to find out that Morgan no longer works there. NO phone call, notification or anything!!!
I was shocked and asked what happened, the new girls there said they could not tell me anything. Well I asked why wasn’t I notified, they told me they just didn’t call her clients and that was too bad. What absolutely terrible customer service!!! If this is what we can expect now from that place, DON’T GO THERE!!! This situation is completely unacceptable and they should have taken more interest in their customer service. I will never go there again…
