This real estate business is a joke. Never rent from Jay or his clients as they will not talk to you, do things professional, or work with you. All these scumbags want is your money. My deposit was $ 1600 and the feature on the homes were lies nor worked properly and all they said was it was too expensive to fix. After we moved out, they said they would charge me 100 dollars for everything, but when I got my deposit I only got $ 978.00. With a bunch of charges that were promised not to be there and other late fees etc… These Persian folks will nickel and dime you on everything. All they offered me was 50 dollars to shut up and not take them to court. Edge realty sucks balls!!!
