J & S Asphalt

Recently, I had one of my most positive business experiences ever with this company. J&S was scheduled to reseal the streets of our community, so a notice was left at our entrance. Since their equipment would already be on-​site, I figured it would be a good time to get our 700+ foot driveway repaired and resealed; so I called J&S. Todd Johnson, one of the owners, came to the house, was extremely personable, and gave me an extremely fair price. His crew showed up on time, were polite, and did an incredible job. Even better, Todd seemed so well connected to the area that I asked him for some referrals for other craftsmen. He texted me all the information within a few hours, obviously something he didn’t have to do. I am in no way affiliated with this company, just met Todd a few weeks ago. I just felt compelled to let others know how good these folks are.

Still waiting for my call back from estimator… sounded like he wanted to help me when he said he would call back that day with his schedule, but still waiting for phone to ring 3 days later… guess my job wasn’t big enough.

On-​time. Very ethical, and professional when it comes to solving problems. They made me feel important by suggesting improvement ideas and educating me. J&S really made me feel like they appreciated my time, not once did I feel in a rush to «get the job done». Meeting with me face-​to-​face, and all those little things, they really mean a lot.
