Fabulous service!!! Great work excellent communication and they delivered on time very happy to have my truck back. This is the only shop in town that I would recommend. Nick B is a great customer service rep.

We took our 2016 Dodge Ram over to Kniesels to repair some damage to the rear quarter panel. It only took 3 days for the repairs and we got it back cleaner than when it was new! I highly recommend using them for autobody repair.

I absolutely love my 2011 Subaru Outback and had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended twice within a few years. I had two very different experiences with two different body shops. I took my Outback to Maita Subaru for repair after my first collision under the assumption they were Subaru experts. From that point forward, I had to slam the hatchback as many as three times to get it to close properly. I took it back twice but the issue was not resolved. I was irked and reminded of the damage every time I had to slam it down over the next year and half. When I was rear ended the second time, I was in tears thinking my car would never recover.
My husband researched Unilocal and found Kniesel’s Collision Center Rocklin had great reviews. Choosing Kniesel’s Collision Center Rocklin was the best decision we could have made. In half the time and for less $ they restored my hatchback to its original condition– like new. I was amazed and truly grateful. The hatchback closes effortlessly, the first time every time. Their communication was outstanding through the entire process and their attention to detail surpassed both the work of their competitor and my own expectations. What a great experience! Hopefully I won’t need body work again but if I do, I’ll definitely call Kniesel’s Collison Center Rocklin.

The exterior looked great. The alignment and engine repairs were not. They failed to repair the dash, they just glued the buttons in my interior! So now they don’t work. They took over a month. They do not communicate well and they are two-​faced. They told me one-​thing and the adjuster the opposite. Don’t be fooled. They will miss repairs to stay within the insurance company’s threshold to gain business and then make you go through hell to get it right. I would be giving them two stars because they are really nice but they do not have your best interest at heart. Too bad. There place is really nice.

Great service! I had a hit and run on my 2015 mustang, Kniesel’s fixed me up in just a couple of weeks, making my car look brand new. These guys are very experienced and really do care about making their customers happy. HIGHLY recommend.

I was involved in a car accident last week, thank God, it was not serious and no injuries. But my back bumper suffered some damage. So I took it to Kniesel’s collision center. The experience started from the moment I made the phone call and ended With the moment I drove away with my repaired car. First the coordination between Kniesel’s. Geico and Enterprise rental car was like a well oiled machine. First Greeted by Alejandra, who light up the room with her infectious and genuine smile. Two gents from Kniesel’s and Geico approached me and took my info, it was painless. Then I walked few step where my Rental car was ready to pick up. I did not meet the Lizard but the young men and women were eager to help and very professional. I got an email, an estimate and a status updates. The next day, I picked up my car, it was fixed beautifully, washed and detailed which is a standard. I have to say the whole experience was great, easy, painless, professional, friendly and speedy. And honestly, everybody seems so happy to be working. one more thing, the Christmas Tree was beautiful in the Lobby.

Fantastic company. My wife was involved in a accident (not her fault) on a Tuesday and they had our car fixed my Friday morning and their work was flawless. Geico and enterprise were all in the same building which made it super convenient. Highly recommend them to everyone.

Update: I was able to resolve my rental reimbursement with the help of Knievel’s. Thank you to Rebecca and Tom for following up on this and making sure everything was taken care of.

One of the worst experiences you can have at the auto body shop. I have used other collision centers in the area in the past, but never had to go through this much hassle or pain as with these guys. My car has gone into the shop 2 times already and there are still items pending. No one bothers to call back to provide status on when it can be completed. When I call them they take down number and promise to call back, which never happens.
Not sure if this is the person handling my claim or if it is reflection of the collision center itself as I see some people had good experiences as well. But I am not going back to them once my car is actually done. And also would advise my friends and family the same.

My Toyota Camry was rear ended and Geico recommended Kniesel’s.
The work that they did was exceptional. I cannot even tell that the car was in an accident. They used factory parts, the paint is blended flawlessly — and they even touched up a couple of dings from people opening their doors into the car that were not part of the accident.
Top quality.

I highly recommend them for all auto body needs their whole staff is friendly and effiecent. Courtney and the adjuster kept me up to date on repairs needed for my car and also kept it under time timline they told me it would take. My car is as good as new I trust them and feel great with the quality of work they did!

We hit a deer and smashed in our beloved Toyota Rav4, and Kniesels Saved our car, and more! They made our Car look like it was showroom quality. Appearances aside, the motor, the frame the windshield, the new paint job, everything so meticulously taken care of. Even when they did final walk thru and saw a small paint flaw that nobody would have seen by naked eye, they insisted on repairing it. Stephanie was very knowledgeable in body repair and friendly and kept us updated every step of the way. I have never crashed a vehicle or have ever had to have any body repairs so I was very nervous going into this. I have waited a few months to post just to make sure all maintained perfect, and it is! They made the experience painless and smooth. I would recommend them to all my friends.

I have always gone to Kniesel’s for my auto body work and the work is beautiful. I have never had a problem with the work. I recommend them to friends, family and coworkers.
I just got my car back yesterday. It needed the rear driver’s door replaced, buffed out the rim and repair the driver’s side door. My car looks great inside and out. I have a 2 year old, so detailing the inside of my car is not normally a priority. They did an amazing job, it literally looks brand new on the inside. They went above and beyond and I couldn’t be happier.
My insurance is though Geico which meant I had a claims adjuster and a repair coordinator on site keeping me appraised of the status of my car. My original coordinator did not follow up when promised on two occasions. Yesterday I called expecting to hear my car would be ready. My coordinator was off yesterday, but another coordinator Andrew made it happen. Andrew promised to follow up at certain times throughout the day and made my car a priority because it was a couple of days beyond the original expected completion date. I am so pleased with the service we received from Andrew and will definitely be requesting him by name if we need any more body work on our car in the future.

Car was towed here after an accident. Geico is next door and they are definitely in cahoots. The shop would rather make Geico happy than its customers. When I questioned the repairs and parts used They got rude, suggested my car had prior damage which it did not and told me to take my business elsewhere. I couldn’t believe it! So I went elsewhere and so should you! Thanks for wasting three days.

Great job on fixing the paint. But upset you failed to replace the inner plastic liner for the quarter panel. Both Doug and Dave told me it would be replaced up until the car was almost done. I guess the owner said no way. So I have been advised by my insurance company to file a police report as a missing/​stolen item since it was removed by the shop and never replaced. Too bad, will result in a bad review on Unilocal,a police report, and insurance claim who will peruse subrogation against the shop. It’s obvious to everyone except the shop owner that this part was never re-​installed when they removed it.

My wife’s BMW was repaired here in January of 2015 (front bumper, passenger headlight, passenger/​front fender).
The customer service was exceptional (thank you Alex for all your help), the facility was extremely well kept and clean (awesome coffee/​snack bar) and the qualify of the repairs to the BMW was exceptional.
My wife is very picky about her car and her first response to seeing it after the repairs was that «it looks better than it did before the accident.»
The paint matched beautifully, the alignment of all the parts was perfect (even the gap between the fender, hood, bumper, etc. was consistent).
This shop is definitely on my short list of go-​to facilities for repairs.

The customer service me and my husband David received was too good not to write about. We had the misfortune of needing to take our Lexus in for repair when we met Terry who made the process smooth and less headache causing. He delt with a troublesome insurance representative thankfully Instead of us. He and his team did a great job! And when we picked it up a employee Dave wanted to re-​wash it because it had a lite layer of ash on it from a nearby fire and we declined but appreciated the great attention to detail. Thanks again Terry.

Cheers to Kniesel’s and Geico for taking great care of me when my brand new Nissan Sentra with 4500 miles on it was hit in the parking lot at my work to the tune of $ 1300. Filing the claim with Geico was quick and easy, and having them in the same building as Kniesel’s made the entire process very smooth.
I was originally told the bumper repair would take one day to complete, but when the techs got in there and found more body damage, Kniesel’s gave me a rental voucher for up to 3 days– which really helped since I don’t have rental coverage on my policy.
Jeers to Enterprise who did a horrible job of explaining the charges I would incur. I asked if I could opt for only one day of their optional coverage (rather than three) and was told I could. What they failed to explain to me was that if I purchased one day of the coverage, I would have to bring the vehicle back the next day to be inspected again. I was charged for three days of coverage even though I was told I could opt for only one.

This place is insane! Never been treated so WELL in my life from a shop. Customer experience A++ Dave Service Manager A++ couldn’t ask for a better job. I have brought 2 of my vehicles in for repair both with a really hard triple stage pearl (Lexus and Subaru) and both times flawless repair. I did notice a little overspray on the Subaru bumper after repair and my car was swapped out for a rental and no questions asked repaired in 1 day.
Rare these days to find great product paired with great service. Great job Kniesels!!!
