Lawn Pro Landscape Maintenance

We hired Lawn Pro Landscaping to remove our front yard lawn that covered 825 sq ft, grade, cover with top soil, install water efficient drip system, cover some areas with coble rock, build creek bed, place large moss rocks and plant over 40+ plants and one tree. We chose Lawn Pro since we liked the way Doyle the owner worked with us on coming up with design and insight in putting in a low water drought resistance landscaped front yard. Based on the scope of the project we felt the pricing was worth the return in work and materials. Doyle worked with us in developing the timeline that would work for us and they ended up completing all the work in three days. We also liked the fact that the crew kept the work area around the main project area clean while they worked and cleaned up the area at the end of the work day. We also pursued the Placer County water rebates and Doyle was knowledgable in the rebate requirements which made it easier for us to receive our rebate for the lawn removal. I have had follow up landscaping questions since we completed the project and Doyle has been very responsive in continuing to provide me assistance. Our front yard looks great and our neighbors are always giving us compliments on the final look of the yard. We highly recommend Lawn Pro Landscaping to do your next landscape project.

Although I can’t comment about LP service, I will comment about their landscaping. We are trying to stay ahead of water restrictions in northern Cal. Doyle and this team did a great job in designing and installing a great front yard. They removed all grass, relocated sprinklers, and create beautiful ground cover and landscape features. Doyle, the owner, worked with us and provided great personal service and guidance. We have neighbors stopping by all the time asking «who did your front yard? It’s lovely!»

My original review was removed, so here’s a new/​less detailed version… Lawn Pro is sadly managed by folks that shouldn’t manage a business. I had service for 18 months and the entire time I had issues. Billing problems saying I wasn’t paying (when I could produce checks cashed by the owner), short-​cuts being taken like pushing tree/​yard debris into flower beds, telling me my lawn was not «good grass» and was «nothing but weeds» …telling the customer their property they have no control over & rent isn’t worth mowing, isn’t what you should hear! It’s hard to find service as most lawn & landscape companies aren’t open for new clients, but endure the frustration and keep looking!

My lawn has changed so much since I first hired lawn pro 2 years ago. I agreed to the full service and let me tell you these workers are incredible the never leave leaves on my lawn and always leave my walkways very clean. My plants are always pruned when I ask for them to be pruned. The owner takes lots of pride in his work and is at my house every week he looks at every detail and is very polite. I couldn’t be happier with the service, best landscape maintenance company around hands down.

Best lawn care serviece in the area, they always show up, prune weekly and keep my yard weed free. They have done my yard for the past 4 years great company.

Possibly the rudest people on earth. I would use scissors to cut my lawn before I would ever call them. If I could give no stars, I would.
