I will try and keep my review short as I have only had phone conversations with them. They are very knowledgeable and friendly. I purchased my first new car and a few months down the line I was having some serious issues, (Over heating, water pumps, electronics, and my last straw was the car just died in the middle of traffic) They went over everything with me took the time to tell me what I should try first and everything! My car was CPO and I was not sure if lemon law applied to me but it does because the car is under warranty till 100k. Well the first thing they told me to do worked! I sent a certified letter to GM owner relations with a copy of all my service records ect. Not a day after they rec it they called me had their regional for our area personally take my car in and go through everything and make sure everything was fixed. They even gave me some freebies too… out of goodwill not having to sign anything. So far its been a good few months but if the car has any issues I will make sure to have these guys file my case. I purchased a brand new car in 2015 and very shortly thereafter realized I had been sold a LEMON. Horrible problems with a faulty transmission and vehicle vibration. This car was possessed. After numerous visits to the dealer under the manufacturers «3 year warranty», only to be told «it’s normal», «there’s nothing wrong with it» and generally being dismissed by service advisors, I made a decision not to take no for an answer any longer. I did my due diligence ( Unilocal lol) and decided to call the office of Jon Jacobs. From the very first interaction with the staff, to the final outcome — Kimberli, Jon and their staff were true professionals and take their clients and duties seriously. My case was handled with skill from start to finish. The particular manufacturer we were dealing with are notoriously stubborn and love to draw things out to try and make you shut up and go away (with your lemon in tow). Kimberli negotiated a very agreeable settlement for me and I couldn’t have hoped for a more satisfactory outcome. Look no further than these people. I had a Ford Focus with the Powershift Transmission and the clutch in this car had gone out four times in the 27 000 miles and three years I had it. The car was dangerous and I needed to be rid of it. I contacted these guys and they went to work on my case. I cannot discuss the terms of the agreement but believe me it was beyond anything I could imagine and that is not an exaggeration I literally cannot believe how great of a job they did getting the result they did.
