I contacted R and R carpeting just to get an estimate. They were able to give me a great price to clean my carpets and my couch. They were also able to work around my schedule and come to my house at 4:30 PM so I didn’t have to miss any time from work. William showed up early and was very friendly and respectful. He completed the job quickly and my carpets looked wonderful. I felt bad for William because my neighbor was being so rude to him and made him move his truck half way through the job. William didn’t complain at all and was very understanding. I would highly recommend R & R to anyone!

Will cleaned the carpets in my office on a Thursday afternoon and did a fantastic job. Later that day when I was doing a little touch-​up painting, I spilled some latex paint on my freshly cleaned carpet. I called Will at about 5:30pm after I know he’d had a long day of cleaning carpets and was finally home with his wife and family. I left him a message to ask him what I should do, and he called me right back and came to my office and cleaned up the mess in less than 30 minutes. It was latex paint so if I had waited until the next day, my carpet would have been permanently stained –and in a high traffic area. It would have cost me sooooo much money to replace the carpet and it still wouldn’t have looked quite right. I am so thankful for Will and his easy going manner. I knew after meeting him and getting a quote from him that I could trust him as a person as well as a professional and he didn’t let me down on either account. Highly recommended.

I was appaled to see the carpet following its supposed cleaning. The carpet was still dirty, stained and smelled like dog pee. I called this company and he refused to come back out telling me he had cleaned it himself, so I called another company and and it came so clean it looked nearly new. I would never recommend R & R.

Will is the consummate professional. I’ve hired him to clean both carpets and upholstery for both my home and rental and he’s performed miracles. He’s honest about expected results and always seems to exceed them. I’ve hired many many carpet cleaners over the years, including the «big name professionals» and I have never had results like the ones he’s provided. They were prompt in returning my call and scheduling a time to come out. I had some pet odor issues and they cleaned my carpets and I haven’t noticed any residual odors. Very reasonable price. My carpets look great and I couldn’t be happier. I will definitely use them again.

R&R is the best! The carpets look fantastic and he was able to remove the pet stains and the associated smells. Will is friendly and very professional. Will is a life saver! Or at least a deposit saver. The company I was renting my home from was holding my deposit hostage based on the condition of the carpet in the home. After I had R&R come in, I got my full deposit back! The carpet that was disgusting when I moved in, looked brand new when I moved out. So now that I have purchased my own home, R&R will be coming in every year to keep my carpet and tile in tip top shape. Will did an excellent job, on short notice, and helped save me a ton of money. Will definitely be using him again, and referring him to all my friends!

I’ve had my carpets «cleaned» many times, but after Will of R & R Carpet did them, they are more than just «cleaner» they seem fluffier! Almost seems like he did something that made the padding stand up or be thicker. I’m impressed with Will’s sweet southern demeanor and amazed at the wonderful difference in our carpet.

I found R&R on Unilocal and was impressed with the reviews on here, so I gave Will a call. i was impressed by Will’s quick response. He came to my condo the day I called and gave me a quote. Will is very professional and very attentive to his customers.
i have a couple of really stubborn tea stains that the last carpet cleaner folks couldn’t get out. So far (Will came this morning), the tea stains already look a lot lighter and Will offered to come back to treat the stains again with no charge just to make sure to get the tea stain all out.
He was so patient and didn’t rush through the cleaning. He spent close to 2 hours just cleaning my condo and did an amazing job! i love hiring locally owned small business like R&R and I’m glad I did!
Also, Will is very honest and up front with his pricing, he charged me what he quoted me even though he did do a lot more than his initial quote. I have had bad experiences in the past, when carpet cleaners quote me one price then show up at my house and tell me that I need this and that and charge me an arm and a leg more.
I highly recommend them! Definitely will use them again in the future!

They don’t come better than this! As a seasoned Realtor and home owner, I have hired alot of Carpet Cleaners in my day… but William will be my first call for any future needs! Will is the man! My kitchen tile that had 40 years of dried on crud, is finally clean.
Will went the extra mile and getting my tile floors restored. They haven’t been touched in over 40 years. It took him several tries to find the right materials to strip the floors but once he did they look terrific.
R&R is all about Will, and the quality work that he does, his commitment to quality is amazing. He only worked on my tile floors but if his carpet work, is anything like the work that he did on my tile, you can’t go wrong.

Will Reed was very professional and courteous from the moment I called him on the telephone. He showed up on time and made the whole carpet cleaning experience easy. I was really anxious to have my carpets cleaned right away and he worked his schedule around to fit my needs. I would highly recommend his workmanship! I had several pet stains and he concentrated on getting rid of them.
