Colin Collins was amazing! She set me up with a great unit and gave me piece of mind when I was going through a very stressful move. She was so helpful, and helped me get everything from mattress bags to locks to moving supplies. And offered some discounts to me. I loved the friendliness, sincere, positive attitude the staff has. The facility itself is awesome and very safe. My unit was very clean! My old unit had visible webbing in corners of the tall ceilings but Trojan is very clean. No bugs ever seen.

I started storing here after a horrible experience with another facility, at the time this was still called Hwy 65 Storage. Trojan was the name of the place by the time I finally was finished with the facility.
Hwy 65 earned a 5 star review which I was planning on posting and never got around to it. Trojan Storage is why I ended the relationship. Now lets focus on the actual facility:
–Property: Space space and more space! I was very happy.
–Acess: Gate acess untill 10pm! That was reasonable and very convenient. Plus if you were inside when the gates locked you could still get out! Kind of important to me
–Lockers: The options were seemingly endless. From Mini to Huge Big. Power, no power, they even had some temp controlled lockers.
–Cleanliness: 8 out of 10. Staff would cruise around in golf carts checked regularly. They do have bugs. I was bitten by a Wolf Spider while there. When we moved our stuff out we bombed first and the amount of bugs was obscene. Spiders the size of teranchilas. Insane.
–Security: Cameras every where. I felt secure in my property being there.
–Friendliness: Hwy 65 — 9 out of 10… Trojan — 2 out of 10
I started this review then got interrupted. Upon reviewing everything since I started this I realized the only real dislikes I have are the staff is not «nice» any more. They are sickeningly fake nice, kinda, but not regular nice. The other thing being the pricing changed. Which sucked only because I already had ALL my stuff there.
