I needed a truck for my business. I found one that would fit my needs. Called them up. Filled out the online credit app and within a few hours we had a deal. Came down drove the truck signed papers and done! I am very busy don’t have time to waste with dealer and their tactics. I like this place and will be back for future buys.

Folks, stay clear of this dealership. Oh my god, called on a used truck. Retail book (that’s right Retail Book) shows $ 9800, these clowns wanted $ 14 900 as a no haggle price. Really? No explanation, just no haggle price. Run for the hills with this place! Price gouging!!!

I bought a chevy dually work truck online and dealt with Joe. Had the truck delivered to our business in SF. Drove the truck at night and none of the lights worked and the overdrive button was not working. Totally frustrating and dangerous. Called them the next day and talked to some rude salesman (not Joe) who told me I was basically an idiot because I didn’t know how to turn the lights on. Who ever you are Mr. Idiot… you should NOT be in sales because you suck. I explained the situation to Joe and he talked to the owner and they said to take it to my local dealer and get everything fixed on their dime ($ 540). They get 4 stars for stepping up and taking care of things. I will be buying from them in the near future.

This company misleads private parties when posting ads. If you cannot be honest about keywords it is unlikely that you will be honest about the vehicles.

Well I had a very good experience buying a used 2010 F450 several weeks ago. No pressure sales guy just handed us the keys to take 2 different trucks for a spin around the block. We didn’t buy that day, instead we went home and COMBED through ads all over CA, NV, and OR looking for a comparable deal on an F350 or F450 and couldn’t find a better price, especially for the immaculate condition of the truck. Lariat deisel 4X4 with only 66k. We heard a noise from the dash and he had his mechanic check it out letting us know it was from the A/​C. No problem. Place had a family feel and the woman who helped us with Financing was top notch, very knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely buy another vehicle from them.

This dealer does not even deserve the one star.
I visited the place a few times looking for just the right truck.
During those visits, no high pressure sales. I thought that was a plus.
Finally I found the truck I was looking for. Several years old, low miles, descent condition and decent price. I went in to ask for a test drive. Owner was a bit short with me. I figured he had a bad day, I’d overlook it. Drove the truck. Found that the drivers door had been damaged at some time and was making air noise at 60mph or so. I took it back, was going to let the owner know about the door problem. He just put out his hand for the keys and turned his back on me. I told the sales guy about the problem and let him know if they fixed it, I’d be interested.
I went back a couple weeks later to see if we could make a deal. He told me that the door problem was just because it wasn’t closed hard enough. Hmm… I have several chevy trucks… I think I know how to close a door. He did come down a bit, and gave me a quote. I left to think it over. Came back a week later to test drive it again. Somebody else got me the keys. In this trip, never saw owner. When I came back, told sales guy that the door was not fixed. Again, letting them know I’m interested if it was fixed. Called a few days later, owner answered. When I tried to explain who I was and what I was interested in, he cut me off and said he fixed it.
Today I went in to finalize the deal. They still had the truck, so I inspected it again. The door had been rigged. The hinges bent. A part was missing. Still in good faith, more than deserved, I went in to see if we could make the purchase.
As soon as I walked in the door the owner said «you’re the most indecisive person ever». Really? I was floored. My current truck i bought new, is 15 years old with 315 000 miles. I told him so, and that when I make up my mind, I stick with it. I asked if I could test drive it again to check the door repair. HE TOLD ME NO!!!
He said I had driven it four times already. LIE.
He said if I wanted to drive it I’d have to buy it first.
I walked out.
DO NOT GO THERE. Obviously this is just one vehicle and one example, but Unilocal is full of similar reviews.

My experience with them was as good as it gets, really. I don’t live in the area, there were a couple emails and phone calls back and forth and when I made up my mind on the truck I needed, I drove down and picked it up. I was there and gone within a ½ hour including a test drive. The staff, Dave and Jodie, were very professional and easy to deal with. They knew I had a couple hours drive back home and they seemed to make it a priority to get me in and out. It seems like I have more money than time these days, so really, what ever they charged for the truck would’ve been just fine considering how little they required from me to make a smooth purchase. You get what you pay for.
I buy a couple different trucks from different places throughout the year and I was impressed with the cleanliness and décor of the place. It had a «good-​ol boy» feel to it which was a nice change from dry, damp, pushy sales dealerships. There’s all sorts of wall art to gaze at while you’re waiting and a couple flat screens. The over all experience was good and the people were nice. If they have what you’re looking for, go in there and see if you can leave with it. The few reviews I read where they give 1 star, it seems like you should really have done some research before you bought something. Is it the dealership’s fault you’re a lame ass?

be carful. There is no way the truck I was looking at was at the millage it showed. Its so easy to turn back the miles now that you have to look out. however even if the milage was right he was asking way over bluebook with no logical explanation for it. He also said it was a lease return. I new that was BS unless they lease trucks for over ten years now. I found another truck a week later for less in better condition.

Thank God I read these reviews before buying a truck here. No negotiation at all on a 10 year old vehicle that was way overpriced. I do not trust these guys. No service records even though they say they buy from a leasing company that does have the records.

WhyBuyNewAutos had the exact utility truck I wanted — the price was perfectly fair: not a steal, and not a rip-​off. Everything looked good until I saw the Unilocal reviews — ugh! I kept looking for a similarly equipped/​priced utility truck within 500 miles of CA central valley, but to no avail. I decided to make the trip to check the place out:
Arrived on the lot, no one bugged me. Opened truck doors, tool boxes, climbed in and around different trucks, no one bugged me. Finally went inside, asked for a test drive — they photocopied my driver’s license, pulled it out for me and let me take off. No cheesy salesman riding with me asking about my wife, kids, and job — got to test drive by myself.
Satisfied with the truck’s condition I drove back and within 25 minutes it was paid for and we were on our way. What am I missing here? The experience was pretty much perfect. I guess I had such negative expectations from the reviews here, but my buying experience was great.

Unhelpful and rude.
They didn’t even have the lights on in the lobby. When I called out, Hello… he replied, «I’m back here.» He never bothered to get up out of his chair. The guy was in the back, and when I asked him to answer some questions about the truck he told me «everything is on the sticker on the side.»
He didn’t thank me for coming by his business. Heck he didn’t even offer to walk out and go over the truck with me, or EVEN offer to open it up for me to look at. No thanks.
It is a miracle they are in business. Their customer service was non-​existent.

your typical arrogant jerk used car dealer running this place, so he will lose his ass pretty soon and be gone. A bunch of trucks and no one there. You walk in and he just sits on his ass. Does not even say hi, by, or F/​U, nothing.
He list a truck with 50,000 miles on it in Autotrader — more like 150,000 miles ! The drivers seat was completely broke down which is always a telltale sign. that does not happen at 50k miles. What of piece of garbage this truck was and he has an asking price $ 5k over what it should be. F. .. .ing car dealers, what a bunch of hemorrhoids.
Obviously the last two 5 star reviews are from him or his friends, just trying to bail himself out on his bad attitude.
BTW, in answer to the lame business name, «whybuynewautos» — your are the reason, why buy new autos !!!

Horrible place. Trucks look good online and are in really bad shape. We drive 2 hours to be really let down. We didnt get any help, so we wandered around… then when we wanted to drive a truck because we drove so far, so why not, they wanted us to talk to their finance person even though we had a pre approval letter, and cash. or we couldnt drive it. They would budge on the price either, the truck had dents, mud under the hood and in the doors… tears all over the interior. So needless to say we left. HUGE let down and very misleading. Id assume the aftermath of buying a truck from here would be a nightmare, considering the service to even buy one is pretty terrible. Id be careful. It doesn’t seem like we where the only ones that had similar experiences either.

The worst experience ever. These guys are full of shit and I am sorry I did business with them. Definitely getting a warranty on my car after reading these reviews. Hands down rudest sales people I have ever come across. Would never shop here again for any reason!

My husband and I bought an F150 here not long ago. It’s a little older than we expected, but the miles are relatively low for its age… The price was right, can’t complain about that. They treated us well, got us in and out fairly quickly (could have been a little quicker, but the process didn’t take hours like it does at other places). We’ll be shopping here again.

Drove up from the Bay Area to check out a truck (which, when comparing to Kelly BB and Edmunds, was about $ 3k overpriced. After inspection found a leaking oil pan, radiator hoses, rust in the bed from a camper shell, and needing new tires. As this put the truck in fair to good condition (as there was NO service records) I made a low offer and they wouldn’t even negotiate, even with cash in hand. I guess they truck will just sit there for another month or two taking up space. I should have known I was in the wrong place as the lot was totally empty, ZERO customers
After reading everyone’s reviews, I too realized driving up WAS a total waste of time.
Avoid them.

I wish I would have read the reviews before taking the ride all the way from the east bay. Total waste of time. They will tell you anything to get you to sign the lease. Then once your in, they act like to don’t remember you.
90% of the vechicles the sell here are fleet/​rentals which means they dont know anything about them. The only thing they do when the get new trucks in is Detail it and butter up the tires.
I don’t want to give this place anymore of my energy. I just want you to know this place sucks butt and that you’ve been warned.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. My husband and I went in there last week to check out some trucks. We had an H2 to possibly trade. When we asked to take the truck that we were thinking about buying out for a test drive, we were told that they didn’t want us to drive their trucks unless they knew there was potential for a deal (meaning, if they could even pay off our truck and get us into theirs). What they seem to forget is that even if they couldn’t pay off our truck, what if we were able to sell it and came back to buy a vehicle from there with no trade in. We certainly won’t be going there to purchase a truck. Customer service goes a long way for me and this place doesn’t have a clue. They can suck it! I really hope the owners read this and get their s#$t together.

absolutely horrible service i wanted to i wouldn’t even bother shopping here. i called and wanted to trade my car but they said my car wasn’t worth what it is in kbb. but their truck is worth more. i have 40k in cash and wanted to go and buy a truck they had for sale. you would think they would come back with a different price. but since i didn’t give them a high enough offer i was yelled at by steve which is the head of sale and said i was being rude for not offering what he wanted which after being hung up on the first time. not only is their HEAD of SALES rude he is incredible unprofessional… what does that say about the business. if i would have known how horrible they are i wouldn’t have even considered them.
do not buy anything from these guys. these are not the kind of people you want to give your money to in exchange for anything.

Great selection, low pressure sales, good financing. overall a great experience buying my truck from here and would recommend to anyone.
Chris was great to deal with, very low pressure, doesn’t try to sell you something you don’t want. didn’t even want to talk numbers after a test drive if i wasn’t ready.
Great experience, not what i expected after visiting other dealers over the years. good luck to anyone i talk to now that i will expect this kind of service at any dealer i visit.
