The park features a large clubhouse with 2 full bathrooms, onsite laundry facilities, and an apartment for onsite vacation rentals. Located near the Copano Causeway, the park offers convienient access to the Copano Fishing Peir, the Aransas County Airport, and a mere 10 minutes to downtown.

Lisa took over managing the Park in the spring of 2013. She has worked to upgrade many features in the park, including newly renovated bathrooms, faster wifi internet, and an overall clean quiet atmosphere for the residents.
