Sigwald Service

I had Sigwald Services install a new AC years ago for me when I owned a condo, so I naturally thought of them when our AC developed a weird problem at our relatively new home. We had not been satisfied with calling the service department of the original installer, so I thought we should call Sigwald. So glad we did. The gentleman who appeared at our door knew what the problem was as soon as we described it to him, and was able to repair it within minutes. Additionally, I had noticed that the joint between the upstairs unit and the plenum was incorrectly insulated and was leaking both cold air and condensate – enough to cause mold. He repaired that, as well, quickly constructing the correct form of insulation with duct board and duct tape. We were amazed when he presented the bill and it was less than one-​third of what our original installer would have charged. It’s so great to have a reliable company right here, just a few minutes away. Great people and great service.
