We specialize in finding technology people that fit the unique needs of companies, and represent them for these opportunities. These individuals could be on short or long-term assignments, and in most cases are hired by the companies we work with.
History
Established in 2002.
Originally formed in 1985 by the current principals of ATR, the business grew to be one of the largest IT Staffing Agencies in the DC Metro Area and was bought in 1996 by a large National Staffing Company (now a Division of Randstat). After working for the acquirer for five years, the owners left and waited out a one year non-compete period before buying the material assets of the company back in 2002. The reformed company is committed to an IT Staffing vs. IT Solutions model, and works with both small and Fortune 500 businesses throughout the US.
Meet the Business Owner
Ralph L.
Business Owner
Ralph grew up in the DC area, graduating from Wootton HS in Rockville, MD and later attending the University of Maryland on a Football Scholarship. He has an undergraduate degree in Aerospace Engineering and and MBA from the University, and currently serves on the Board of Trustees for the U of MD Foundation. He is also active in the Terrapin Club and the M-Club, and enjoys Softball and Golf. Married for over 25 years, Ralph & his wife have two sons who attended the Naval Academy and currently serve in the US Navy.
