Authentically Awakened Coaching provides Professional Life Empowerment Coaching to individuals and groups. I specialize in working with clients that are ready to put in the work necessary to improve their life, but need some partnership and support in pushing past fear and discomfort to figure out the how. You know you have goals in mind whether it be pursuing a new job, getting into great shape, going back to school, or truly loving yourself and being a leader in your life. You know that something is missing right now in your life from having this goal be a reality and you need to figure out what is in the way. Figuring out what is in between where you are now and where you want to get is exactly what life coaching is meant for. My clients often experience an increase in their sense of control over their life and are able to stop fear from paralyzing their goals. Clients often come to me for assistance with changing careers, deciding what education goals to pursue, taking back control of their health, starting their own business, improving confidence and self-​love, freeing themselves from the past, and figuring out how to have a life they are really excited about each and every morning.

Coaching provides accountability, support, reflection, personal development tools, reality checks, and a plan for actually making your goals happen. No more wishing, hoping, daydreaming; coaching is the business of making it happen now.

History

Established in 2015.

Authentically Awakened Coaching was founded in 2015 by Kassy Scarcia with the intention of helping women free themselves from the ‘shoulds’ of this world in hopes of rekindling their joy and igniting their passion. Authentically Awakened Coaching offers one-​on-​one coaching services, group coaching programs, workshops, webinars, online trainings, and group trainings.

Business Owner

Kassy is a Professional Life and Empowerment Coach helping her clients to create their dream life. With a bachelor’s degree in Journalism, a master’s degree in College Student Affairs, and a Professional Coach Training, Kassy has had a multitude of experiences that contribute to her success coaching. Through partnership and empowerment, Kassy has utilized various tools and techniques to guide clients towards achieving business, career, and personal goals. As a coach, Kassy believes that all of her clients are powerful and equipped with all of the tools they need to reach whatever dream life they aspire to have.

Kassy believes coaching is a team effort focused on the client and their goals. Through the use of powerful questioning, reflection, hard feedback, reality checks, and more clients are able to push through their barriers and accomplish new successes not feasible before. Kassy’s clients are left feeling empowered, supported, and excited.
