Ms. Hicks graduated from Ohio Wesleyan Univeristy in 1978 and The Washington College of Law at the American Univeristy in 1981. Ms. Hicks has been a partner at Hicks & Weintraub, P.C. since 2001. Ms. Hicks was previously a partner at Pasternak & Fidis, Shapiro & Hicks, and Shapiro, Meiselman & Greene.
