Fiore floral deserves nothing short of 5 stars! I ordered a centerpiece for my Thanksgiving dinner table. The customer service was extremely pleasant, and the prices were totally reasonable.
When the arrangement was delivered, I was immediately in love with the flowers. The arrangement was fresh, and the variety was stunning!
I will definitely be ordering again, and spreading the word to all of my friends that Fiore is the only place to order flowers!

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. The employees breathe down your neck when you come in and are extremely pushy. When I placed my order after feeling extremely pressured, it was over priced. The flowers didn’t even look like what I paid for in the least. The person who I assume is the owner of the store wasn’t polite to me at all, and I could tell when he talked to his employees and barked orders at them, that he wasn’t much kinder to them either. Overall, do not go here. I would rather pick flowers from my garden and rap them in a wet paper towel than to purchase flowers from this store again. I think buying flowers from a vendor on the highway would be a better option next time. Seriously, horrible customer service. This store brought a chill down my spine and left a bad taste in my mouth.

Fiore Floral did an amazing job on the flowers for our wedding. We had contacted them because they were the only one’s who could guarantee having the flower we wanted (bird of paradise, Raquel had designed the entire wedding around the flower). Everything was done via email and Fiore Floral was able to exactly what was in my head into reality. The flowers turned out beautiful and we was extremely happy with the outcome.

I recently ordered custom flowers to match a wedding bouquet. They did a great job working with a couple photos as a guide. I live out of town and was very comfortable working with them over the phone.

My boyfriend ordered flowers from FTD and this company fulfilled the order. They delivered a low quality bouquet and when 14 roses were bought, they gave 8. When both FTD and my boyfriend contacted them to fix the order, the Manager refused. The sales associate was also rude. Luckily FTD was able to get a better company to fulfill the order. If you are thinking about buying flowers from this florist, DON’T! Go to Rockville Florists. They don’t rob their customers and delivered a higher quality product.

The level of incompetence and inattention to detail was stunning in my recent interaction with this florist. Order was wrong, not on time and had trouble operating the register to give me a refund. If you want to have low blood pressure, don’t deal with this place.

I have ordered from Fiore multiple times… mainly because they have never given me a reason to order from anyone else.
The arrangements are normally very nice, but their delivery charge is a little steep. Overall, for the quality and how long the flowers last, I am a pretty big fan.

I ordered an arrangement for my wife’s birthday. What arrived was pretty sad — some browning roses and just a strange arrangement. We called and complained and they made it right by delivering a new set of flowers. The second arrangement was beautiful!

Coming in here makes me happy. I always feel like I’m standing in a cutesy little indoor garden. Charming yet sophisticated. The people who work here are extremely patient and helpful. Don’t be expecting your typical oh-​so-​boring explosion of flowers shoved unceremoniously into an ugly vase; the designers here are definitely has a very chic/​modern taste. They can go from simple but gorgeous to luscious and romantic. They have a large selection of fresh, beautiful flowers ready on hand for your picking and the price aren’t bad either!
