Five Stars for Me! We loved Land Rover of Bethesda so much that we bought two cars from them!!! Sherry and Amanda were a pleasure to work with so we came back for a second Land Rover. We shopped around at other Land Rover Dealerships but Bethesda was were our heart was. They go above and beyond to make their customers happy. I also met Cheryl, she was super kind also. I love my car and I am so pleased with the service we received throughout the whole process. Everyone knows car shopping can be hard and frustrating but Land Rover of Bethesda make buy a car a joy.

If I can give zero stars I would. Beware of Fraud!!! My credit card was used by one of the employees. My credit card fraud dept. got the trace where it was stolen from. The charges varies from bath and body works, greyhound, über. I’m guessing a woman. Perhaps the receptionist that charged my card?! Shady place considering the area is nice but I rather drive to VA then coming back here!!!

Amanda Sisk is excellent to work with. Her knowledge of the vehicle (Jaguar XF) was great during our test drive and she’s been outstanding in working with me to customize my product after the purchase. Her commitment to my satisfaction did not end after the sale closed but has continued based largely on verbal and handshake-​based commitments. Brian Armstrong was also great to work with and clearly supports Amanda’s aforementioned efforts. I am still getting to know the service side of this dealership but working with Amanda and Brian is the way to go here if you are looking for a knowledgable sales team with solid integrity and commitment to customers.

Bethesda Auto made the painful process of buying a car quick and efficient. Brian Armstrong assisted me with finding my dream car. Any questions that I had were answered thoroughly. Brian took his time to specifically find a car that was a perfect match for me. I cannot see myself going anywhere else now that I have found Bethesda Auto! If you are looking for a new car around Rockville, this is a friendly, extremely helpful dealership.

Do NOT buy from this shady place! They stole my order and sold my car to someone else.
I had ordered a Range Rover from them, but their customer service was so poor through the process. They make you feel like they are too busy for you, even though there’s hardly anyone ever in the showroom. So a few days after, I canceled my order (which they gave me the runaround to do). I went to Tyson’s and placed my order there instead. 3 months later, I find out that Bethesda/​Rockville had my order re-​routed and sold the car to someone else!!! Shame on Tyson’s for never even checking on my order, but more shame on Bethesda for being so petty and shady that they had to steal my order from Tyson’s to sell a car.

Decided it was time for a vehicle upgrade and this time around, it was going to be another SUV instead of the pricey high end German vehicles. Anyway, to make s long story short, I initially found the vehicle I was looking for at a dealer in Atlanta, so I made my move. To no prevail, the dealer in Atlanta didn’t respect my time or money, so I moved on. This past Sunday night, I’m on
and I see the truck I wanted for the right price at Manhattan Bethesda Auto. I submitted a request for more info and the next thing I knew, I was closing the deal in less than 30 minutes. Amanda Sisk and her GM are complete professionals and customer service driven. They have implemented the Chick Fil-​A culture into selling luxury preowned and used cars and SUVs. I am completely satisfied and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or preowned high end SUV or car. I hope to do business with them again in the future. Thank you!!!

I purchased a used BMW 335i with 33k miles. 6 weeks after purchasing the vehicle, the check engine light came on, and I’ve since had various issues with the engine/​fuel injector. Yesterday (9+ months after I bought the car) the car broke down on the highway, and I was stranded on the highway. I was flabbergasted, I own a nearly brand new 2009 BMW, and it’s sitting on the side of the highway as $ 5k cars drove by. Perhaps it was coincidental, but I couldn’t help but think the dealership knew something about this car’s engine issues and somehow did some quick fix to get the light to not light up for a few weeks so they could unload it.
I tried contacting the manager of used car sales for 2 weeks: he either was on another call, or had to go to a meeting or whatever excuse you can think of, and that he would call me back. He never called me back.
I finally got a hold of «Arvie» — the manager of used car sales — after about 2 weeks of non-​stop calling. Arvie was very defensive when I started telling him my experience and how I felt it was too coincidental that I my car had so many issues just weeks after leaving the lot. Arvie should have been at ease — I wasn’t looking for compensation — I just wanted to let him know that if he’s going to make money without giving customers satisfaction on their cars, then you should at least spend 10 minutes listening to the issues their customer spent weeks on.
I can’t speak for the rest of the dealership’s operation, but if you are buying a used car from this dealership, with Arvie as the head of used car sales manager, you might as well buy from the Joe’s used car shop in the ghetto. The treatment will be similiar except Joe’s cars are in the $ 2k range instead $ 40k+ range.

I want to share my experience with my recent purchase of a Mercedes Benz c300 at Manhattan Bethesda Auto dealership. Firstly, sales representative Donald White was very friendly and kind. He was very thorough with explaining all the features of the car and scheduling the test drive. During the purchase, I also had a great experience with the Sales Manager, Arbi Ghazarian, who provided us with the best price for the car. Overall, everyone there was very open and nice, I value this dealership greatly. The financing process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this dealership to all who are looking for a great car at a fair price.

Very unprofessional customer service. I was called because of an internet inquiry I submitted and allowed them to run my credit. I was told I would hear back from someone shortly, I never did and when I called back I was ignored, and the ignore button was also hit and I was sent into voicemail the second time I called. I sent an email to which I received no response. If I didn’t qualify I at least deserved an answer especially since I gave them my information. to run a credit check. The person that was rude was named Arbi Ghazarian who’s title as Sales Manager in the email that was initially sent to me. If the Sales Manager handles customer service this way I can only imagine how the rest of the employees act. I wish I could give them negative stars!

I ordered a 2014 Jaguar F-​Type May 27^th and it was due to arrive August 19^th +/​-​2 weeks. I was a very easy sell and did not even take a test drive. All the dealer had to do was deliver the car as agreed. To make a long story short, the staff were unwilling to accurately pinpoint delivery of the vehicle despite my requests to do so until I called Jaguar USA and triggered an investigation. Only then did they take action but it was too little too late.
I simply do not care for the way I have been handled at this dealership. There is a condescending air about the place. Each time I have visited the show room there has been at least one exchange that made me question why I would want to get in any deeper with Manhattan and fight with them when I bring the car in for service.
I used to think Jaguar meant superior luxury and customer service. The reality is I get superior customer service from the Volkswagen Dealer I recently bought a Jetta at, so you do the math.
I have never been so excited to buy a car and then so utterly disappointed due to all the madness. Bottom line I cancelled the order. I am no math major, but who buys a roadster convertible in October only to sit in the garage and depreciate over the winter? I didn’t just fall off the turnip truck.

Auggie was my sales person. Very kind, non pressure approach. Definitely the best car buying experience I have had. This is my 6^th «new dealer» experience. They gave me the car to drive for 24 hours. Said it «would sell itself». Sure as heck did! The GM, and Finance manager were very helpful and knowledgeable as well. Beware of the free weekend car wash service, they do it by hand and it takes at least 20 minutes per car. If there is a line, go up the pike and pay $ 12…or bring a stack of magazines to read while you wait.

My wife and I walked in with a clear goal of what we wanted and our budget. They clearly didn’t have anything the met our needs in our price range, but they kept trying to sell us on more expensive options. Felt like the stereotypical used car dealership. They left us in a back office and kept coming back each time with a lower price which was nice, but never in our ballpark. Our sales rep Sam was really nice and incredibly helpful, but his manager was the exact opposite. Made a bunch of assumptions and was pretty rude to my wife… We decided to go elsewhere.

Had a few issues but they made it right.

I received excellent customer service from Manhattan’s Bethesda Auto sales, finance, and service departments. My experience during the purchase of my vehicle was extremely comfortable and without pressure. All of my questions, concerns, and opinions during and after the purchase of my vehicle were well received and promptly handled. I highly recommend working with Jon E. salesman.
