I have been in the flooring business for over 25 years. My family had a rug business in Dubai for over 30 years. I have an excellent background in all sorts of handmade rugs, especially Persian rugs. I expanded my knowledge of different types of flooring when I came to the U.S. and started my own business. I always try to keep up with the changes in the flooring industry and the new products.

I believe that customer satisfaction is the first priority in my business.

Fahad at Randolph Flooring really went above and beyond to help us get flooring in our condo replaced quickly, even over the holiday and in spite of condo rules! Thank you to Fahad and his team.
We own a condo in Bethesda and are from out of state. We were flying in to get the trashed carpet in a bedroom replaced with laminate flooring. We flew in expecting that Home Depot would work with us to get the installation done quickly (we already had the measurements), but after spending many wasted hours with them — they couldn’t do it in the time frame we needed.
I stopped into Randolph Flooring and Fahad said he could pull it off and he did. We did have a few hiccups because of the New Years holiday, but he made it happen before we had to leave for our flight and it looks BEAUTIFUL!!! We cannot thank him enough and will definitely use Randolph Flooring again!
And a special shout out to his installation team. They were wonderful as well!
As far as price goes, I walked in knowing that I couldn’t be too picky because of my desired turn around time. He found me some laminate that would work with a price that was comparable to the Home Depot estimate (which he did not have) and he stuck to that price throughout the project.

I decided to stop on my way home just to check out some carpet for my stairs. I stopped at several local places but it wasn’t until I arrived at Randolph flooring and met Farhad that I knew I was at the right place. I told him what I was looking floor and he guided me around his showroom and brought me to the remnant section which was like a warehouse of new carpet. I found a few pieces that I was interested in and Farhad gave me guidance as to the durability for stairs and a house full of kids and dogs.,
When he gave me the price I about dropped to my knees because it was so reasonable. Then on top of that he told me that he could have it installed the next day. I was absolutely amazed.
So here it is the next afternoon and the carpet is installed. The installer was completely professional and personable. He cleaned up every bit of waste leaving nothing behind except a perfect job with a satisfied customer.
If there were more stars for excellence I would give them to them.

What a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. I found the carpet I wanted and they special ordered it. The price was lower than another quote that I got. The carpet came in EARLY! They wanted to know if they could install it EARLIER than the original installation date. The installers called to ask if it would be OK if they came EARLIER than the time that they were supposed to come that day.
They did an excellent installation job. I still can’t find the seams. They cleaned up completely and left nothing except the beautiful carpet.
It’s rare to have such a frustration-​free home decorating experience.

This review is about six months past due, but I’ve had Randolph Flooring on my list to review ever since.
In January of 2015 we had a very tight window of time to replace the flooring throughout in our 6th floor condo. It was the first week in January when everyone had the post holiday doldrums, and it was about 17 degrees outside…
After doing some comparison shopping for flooring and installation, we spoke to R.F. and decided to go with them. They had exactly what we needed in stock, carpet and engineered laminate tiles, gave us a reasonable quote, and installed two days later.
Given the circumstances, they performed like total professionals. On time, within budget, lots of options, excellent installation.
Flooring details can kill the party, there are numerous issues to consider, and often details are overlooked. However, R.F. not only did a great installation job, but was more than willing to follow up and address our final inspection.
They took a stressful challenge, and made it look easy.

The customer service is unfriendly and not helpful. Your business does not matter here. They installed my carpet. I had a problem install and it took a couple of attempts to get it resolved –in a compromising manner. I would find another vendor who has a responsive customer– orientation.

This is the second time I went to Randolph Flooring, the service is great, Alan is helpful and not pushy. I found exactly what I was looking for and they finished it at no additional charge. The pricing for remnants are very reasonable. I will definitely go back.

I was in Rockville running errands and wanted to get a carpet remnant to make our new home office quieter. I checked on Unilocal and found Randolph. The location showed up funny in my map — it’s actually just across from the entrance to the Giant, and down (east) half a block or so. Anyway, I found it and walked in. The place looks pretty small, but it turns out you don’t need a lot of room to display carpet remnants.
The guy at the desk was ready to help me and I told him I needed an 8′ x 8’6″ remnant. He took me over to the side of the store, where rolls and rolls of carpet were leaning up agains the wall, many 10′ or 12′ high. The very first one was exactly the size I needed and an incredible price ($ 69, about what I would pay for a 6′ square rug at IKEA). I asked a few questions, found out that I wasn’t likely to find another one so small, so I decided it was karma and went for the perfect one. They offered to unroll it and re-​roll it so the carpet was protected inside the roll, but I told him it wasn’t necessary. I paid the bill and a helper put it into my van. The entire transaction took about 10 minutes and they were incredibly nice and helpful even though it was a small sale. I’m sure if I had needed them to cut down a piece they would have unrolled it and cut it to size for me.
Very happy with the carpet and the service. Great guys!

We just got wall-​to-​wall carpeting and are so pleased. Not only was the work superb (seams are seamless and carpeting on stairs perfect) but the installers were delightful and careful not to scuff walls when moving around all the furniture. Very happy customers!

I needed a large remnant and quick. Not only did they have what I wanted, at the price I wanted… they were fast, pleasant & professional. They also had more than a few other options (that weren’t remnants) that were also a great balance of quality & price. Hands down the best bang for the buck. Especially when you consider their customer service!
