Patrick Rutledge began his career as a real estate consultant in 1990 winning Top Rookie of the Year for Montgomery County, MD. He has since then assisted over 1000 purchasers and sellers with and has numerous satisfied customers. Patrick expanded into The Rutledge Group in 2000 and is now able to provide the unique and individual attention each client needs to in a wide array of real estate transactions. Patrick looks for win-​win situations, where the seller, Patrick and the eventual homeowner can all come away winners.
