I have to say first to Crystal, I was there one week after you, and the doors are clearly marked. The big huge wooden one that goes right into the office cannot be missed. The second door to the left — it’s marked with a sign that says PRIVATE. Rather obvious to me. Additionally, when you go in the office door, the office staff is right there, at the desk, welcoming you. There is no need for her to stand as it is obvious that you should state your need and sit down.
Anyway, the units are clean, easy to use, safe area. We had a large unit and a vehicle stored in the RV parking. No problems whatsoever. Marg was amazingly knowledgeable, cordial, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing self-​storage in the area.

The clerk was rude and unhelpful. There are two unmarked doors to get into the office area. We tried unsuccessfully with one, then managed to figure out how to get in, all the while she is looking at us from her desk. Instead of greeting us she makes a comment about how it should be obvious which door is the correct one. We asked if she had any units available and her response was «all I have is a 5×5.» She didn’t try to see if that would be sufficient or tell us when she’d have another size available. It was pretty clear that she did not want our business.
