Custom Outdoor Trends

This is our second pool to build and the first with COT. I am a highly involved homeowner and very précis in my requests and expectations. Every step of the why, I’ve been kept in the loop and my expectations (high but not unreasonable) have been exceeded. I really can’t say enough about the quality of supervision and forethought that went into the planning process. The last company we had build for us was ‘the Highland Park pool builder’ and I ended up having to do most of the supervision for them and felt like I significantly overpaid at the end of the process. COT was reasonably priced, faster than expected and nailed this on every single front. I can’t say enough positive things about them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or backyard project.
