Dr. Joe in his life it is his passion to help as many people as possible, and to educate them on alternative methods to aid the body to perform optimally without the use of drugs or surgery. Using a combination of soft tissue muscle work, spinal adjustments, and other natural modalities, Dr. Migliaccio is able to expedite treatment outcomes and produce longer-​lasting results.

Dr. Joe specializes in finding the cause of the problem to help the body better deal with stress and to perform at its best. He is certified in over 6 different chiropractic techniques not limited to the spine.

Dr. Joe is very active in Rockwall, the community; He has donated his time and staff for numerous teacher appreciation days to perform massages for teachers and staff. He has donated his time and resources to a variety of charities; like Toys for Tots, North Texas Food Bank, Oklahaven kids and The American Heart Association. Because of what chiropractic has done for Dr. Joe in his life it is his passion to help as many people as possible, and to educate them on alternative methods to aid the body to perform optimally without the use of drugs or surgery.
