Worst pizza crust was dry and undercooked with to much flour on it still and garlic knots were soggy and tastless. The girl and guy behind the counter were also rude and didnt even say a time to when the pizza would be done after i order it never going back.

Yeeeessssssss! I’ve passed this place a thousand times and finally went in. So delicious and friendly!!! I ordered the mussels in white wine sauce(which I was hesitant to order because it’s…well…a pizzeria… but WOW)!!! These are some of the most delicious mussels I have had. They are fresh with loads of fresh garlic and the sauce was perfect for dipping. I ordered the crispino pizza which could easily be shared by 5 or 6 people. So clean, yet hearty. We also ordered the lasagna. I have to say, it tasted like my mother’s lasagna! WHAT?!? That’s what I’m talking about!!! …And the portion was HUGE!(But not in a «trump» way because he’s a douche) I highly recommend this restaurant. It’s not«just» a pizzeria for sure. Such a cozy place and EVERY server was super sweet and charming. I cannot wait to come back. Everyone I was with were absolutely thrilled! Yay for Rocky Point Pizza!

We eat from here at least once a week, normally really good food but the past month or so the food has gone down hill. We ordered heroes and there was hardly any sauce, we asked for extra cheese and didn’t even get enough cheese to cover the eggplant, ordered in on garlic bread, wasn’t on garlic bread. The time before we ordered dinners asked for cheese in one and never got it. The other dinner we ordered was suppose to have spinach, didn’t have it. Not sure if it’s the people taking the order or the kitchen but it’s not coming out correct either way. We love it there but if they don’t start fixing the mistakes we will have to go somewhere else Thank u for taking the time to respond to my review. Your willingness to rectify the situation makes me want to continue to order from here

The Cheesy Bread pizza slice is heaven and not expensive at all. If you happen to get it fresh out the oven God Bless!

Their pizza is pretty good, the only problem I have is that they undercook it. Every time I order, I say very well done, and I even tell them please make it very crisp and dark and it still super light and soft. I don’t mind waiting a few extra minutes for it to be cooked the way I want it. Well done means well done.

I like both the plain and peperoni pizza. The cheeseie bread was a bit underdone.

Nice place for a quick bite. They are friendly and have many selections. Their vegetable ingredients taste fresh. I would definitely consider ordering a full pizza for a social gathering.

Ordered a Gorgonzola and Greek salad. First bite of the Greek salad was a nice mix of hair with my croûton. I wanted to take a picture and show the owner but it wasn’t worth it. Insult to injury was finding a $ 2.03 delivery fee after I handed the deliverer a sufficient tip for a less than a five minute drive to my home. The Greek salad was only a few croutons and nothing else. It costs $ 7. This place won’t be here too long.

Ok, so Unilocal took down my legitimate review cause it didn’t meet their guidelines? I tried to be SUBTLE but now I will give my LEGITIMATE review. A couple of months ago I, that is ME Unilocal, got a hero at Rocky Point Pizza which ISORWAS owned by Wading River Pizza. Anyway, the meat in the meatball hero tasted bad, as in spoiled. Unmistakable. Rocky Point location’s quality had been slipping all year, uneven, up and down, but that was the straw. We, that means ME and my family, Unilocal, used to go to Rocky Point location at least once a week, but now I only go to their Wading River location to get my food. As I stated, my brother tried to talk to WR staff a couple of times, but they were uninterested. if Wading River Pizza no longer owns Rocky Point Pizza, I apologize.

Tried most of the pizza places in the area and by far they have the best specialty slices around and the staff are very friendly

I’ve never been so disappointed in dinner before. The kids were with their grandparents and me and my wife decided to order in and watch TV together. She ordered a slice of pizza and penne Alfredo with cheese and I wanted the lasagna with a side of meatballs First, everything is freezing cold. We ate as soon as it arrived and I had to microwave every item. My lasagna had no cheese, very little meat, was watery and covered in salt. In short, inedible. My wife’s food had such little Alfredo sauce that most of the pasta was just plain pasta. The Alfredo sauce was poured into the bottom, pasta added to the top, and delivered. The meatballs, again cold, and salty. Dinner was so bad, that after spending just shy of $ 100 on the appetizers and dinner, we had to order from dominos at 11pm.

Good food. I ordered a hero to be delivered and it took an hour for them to get here which is, in my opinion, too long to wait. I ordered this for lunch so it wasnt even dinner time which I assume would be a busier time for them. Also noticed a charge on my receipt for delivery, meanwhile I tipped the guy. Don’t know why they charge extra for delivery when people tip. I found the chicken parm hero to taste delicious but was under stuffed. I didn’t think they put enough chicken in there. So with the extra fee plus tip I wound up paying $ 15 for a hero meanwhile the hero by itself was just $ 7.75. I’m not cool with that!

I’m actually astounded that a place with such poor service exists. The staff there appear to be the most unprofessional, abrasive and incompetent I’ve ever had the pleasure dealing with. They messed up my take out order, I had to drive back, they left it on the counter, and one I asked if this was my order the cashier looked up from their cellphone and raise their eyebrows like I was interrupting something. So I ask again… She says«yeah» with attitude! If you can avoid this spot I would.

This is my husbands fav pizza. I enjoy it also although its just as good as any other pizza. Great speciality slices. Prices are avrg for the area. They sell drinks in a case or fountain and there is plenty of seating to sit down.

The best pizza in the north shore area! I haven’t had anything I haven’t loved, their Grandma Pie being at the top of list. My mother in San Diego and mother in law in South Carolina ask me weekly if I’ve had a slice of Grandma Pie and how they miss it. The hero’s are top notch too – I’m crazy about the shrimp parm and the meatball parm. You can’t go wrong here, the food is great and the staff is even better.

This is the best pizza around. I can’t give it 5 stars because I’ve had better in NYC but this place(and the Wading River location) are the best around in my opinion. Finally glad to have a place that realizes people like crispy crust! Not that soft mushy stuff you’d be unfortunate to find in nearby areas. This place gets the balance right with everything.

Hi Myles! Thanks so much for being an owner who actually reads the reviews! As for the pizza… there almost nothing on(or off!) the menu we haven’t tried!(I’m placing an order as we speak!) I actually went to culinary school myself, so I seriously appreciate the way you all get the flavors to play off each other so well. Psst…any chance you’ll consider selling that house dressing by the pint?(Or hey, just let me have the recipe lol)

Okay, so this may come as a surprise, but this Wading River Pizza restaurant is actually in Rocky Point. It’s in the strip mall with the Planet Fitness and the Waldbaums. I decided to wander into WRP because I was getting a little low bloodsugary and I was planning on going into Planet Fitness for a run on the mill. I wasn’t expecting much because of the location, but I was pleasantly surprised by the décor and even more pleasantly surprised by the huge selection of fresh specialty pies behind the glass display. Wow. They even had a fresh Crispino pizza, my favorite, ready to go. They had a lot of staff there for some reason, but they were exceptionally nice and helpful young guys. I got a plain slice which was gigantic! The crust is nice and thin, just how I like it. Will definitely be back, probably for take out and possibly for post workout carb loading(haha).

Come here often after my workout at the Planet Fitness located in the same shopping center for a slice of salad pizza. It’s not the best slice of salad pizza I’ve ever had as the dough is a bit too doughy but most of the other pizzerias in Rocky Point usually don’t have salad slices on hand. However, I’m always guaranteed a slice here. They have a large array of specialty slices on hand though I’ve only had a fresh mozzarella slice with tomato and balsamic vinegar drizzled over it. It was quite tasty and was different from the usual fresh mozzarella slice. The place in itself is on the smaller side and has only about 5 – 6 tables as most of their business comes from take-out. As they’re a off shoot of the original Wading River Pizzeria(which I’ve never been to) they only recently finished renovations inside and for the little amount of space they have, they did make it appear welcoming. I should also note their slices are bigger than the average slice so for the average person, 1 slice may be more than sufficient. I made the mistake of ordering 2 slices at one point and had to throw half of the other slice away because it was too much.
