Horrible experience! Charged a la carte for services, such as nitrous oxide, which then wasn’t covered by insurance. The nitrous cost more than the procedure itself. They accepted my check and my credit card number for payment, but wouldn’t discuss the bill with me, because it was for my step-​daughter. I have found no other dentists like this that have charged, let alone charged such a drastically high rate, for nitrous. BEWARE!!! Very unprofessional!

I would not recommend to this place to anyone. They overcharge every procedure, add additional treatments and x-​rays which you don’t need and they are absolutely incompetent when it comes to handling your insurance claims. They have no respect towards their patients. They look like they respect you to get you agree with all the most expensive procedures. Go find another place who can take care of the insurance claims correctly and take care of your teeth for reasonable prices. It feels like a factory rather than a decent dental practice.

I have been going to Dr. Pap and Dr. Farr since I graduated from college in 2004. They were highly recommended to me from some of my work colleagues and I would recommend them to anyone.
They whole staff is professional and thorough. Very knowledgeable and makes you feel extremely comfortable. If you are looking for a great dentist please make a phone call to them.
