History

Established in 1974.

Frank Bailey opened the Bailey Law Firm in Mountain Home, AR in 1974. In 2005, Sach Oliver joined the firm with an office in Bentonville, AR. In 2012, Sach became a partner and the firm was renamed Bailey & Oliver Law Firm. The two offices joined together at a new location on W. Southern Hills Blvd. in Rogers closing the Mountain Home and Bentonville locations. There are currently 15 attorneys and staff team members at the offices of Bailey & Oliver.

Frank H. Bailey is the founder and managing partner of The Bailey and Oliver Law Firm. For 41 years Frank has represented clients who have been injured in his community and throughout Arkansas. Frank believes that his integrity and hard work led to him being named Trial Lawyer of the Year in 2009 by the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association.
