Gary’s experience and training as a substance abuse counselor guides clients in the development of a solid foundation for successful personal recovery from substance abuse and mental health disorders. He is a Certified Co-​occurring Disorders Professional (CCDP) through the Arkansas Substance Abuse Certification Board. Gary has worked in the mental health and human services field since 1974. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation from St Cloud State University in Minnesota. Experiences in working with chronic and acute mental illness, eating disorders, addictions, and therapeutic lifestyle changes have helped him develop

a well rounded approach as a counselor.
