Joplimo Mattress

My fiancé and I were in need of finding a new mattress. We googled all the places in town, read reviews, and planned our Saturday around shopping and purchasing a mattress. Joplimo was our first stop! Josh (the manager) just opened up for the day but was very eager to help us find the right bed and educate us on mattresses. We decided which one was best for us and Josh gave us his bottom line. Well me being the frugal person I am I HAD to make sure I was getting the best deal in down. I was honest with Josh and told him we were going to stop at a couple more mattress stores. What a WASTE of time! Nothing compares to the quality of the products and the customer service of Joplimo. What really sold me was the fact that the mattresses are made local with the most high quality materials. When you have a warranty claim you can take it to the warehouse in Springfield and they will take care of it that day or you can take it to the mattress store in Rogers and they will get it to the warehouse in Springfield. Another reason I was sold on getting my mattress through Joplimo was if we need our mattress adjusted during the life of the warranty (firmer or softer) the company will adjust it at no cost to us!

This place is amazing. My boyfriend and I were looking to purchase a mattress and this was one of the places with consistently good reviews. Our salespeople (I can’t remember their names now. I’m terrible with names. I’ll update this review if I find their card) were really nice and willing to work with us from beginning to end. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and my boyfriend has back and nerve issues, so we had our eyes on a specific type of bed and they actually had a complete set as a floor model that they were offering to part with it for a very low price, considering what latex and memory foam mattresses go for. There was no pressure or gimmicks and the process was really quick and easy. They threw in two quality pillows, high thread count sheets and a mattress protector at no extra cost to us. Yes, their mattresses are a little more expensive than your typical store but, seriously, it’s worth it and if you need financing options, they’re really reasonable. We went with the 12-​month no interest rate and even then, the payments are relatively low. If you’re on a budget, too, let them know. They’ll make something work. If you’re a hippie at heart, you should be happy to know that their mattresses are made here in the US with mostly eco-​friendly materials and a percentage of all their sales goes to a local charity. I thought that was a really nice gesture.
