The owner of the store needs to fire his manager and most of the numb nuts that are under him.
You walk in the store you see one person at the counter are he’s putting up parts.
The rest are talking and laughing in the back. No matter what day you go in it’s the same. With customers waiting in line. Too many people just like to draw a paycheck without working

I guess there are only so many different ways to merchandise what are pretty much the same items. This was my third auto parts story visited today and other than a little variety in layout, it seems like they all have the same exact stuff.
I was looking for a mounting bracket to put a front license plate on my wife’s car. O’Reilly’s has the same exact kit that they sell at the other stores — same price, same manufacturer. And still not what I needed.
Another «no purchase» but it was still nice to wander the floor and look at all the doodads and flux capacitors, thinking that there’s no way I could install any of it. I’m just not vehicular capable.
