Roger Clark – State Farm Insurance Agent

I have had my policies with Roger for a while and he really is as good as it gets. If I have any problem, big or small, I know he is just a phone call away. He and his staff always have time for even my dumbest insurance questions. I just had someone back into my car and didn’t know what to do. I called Roger first thing and he talked me through the steps I would need to take to get the issue resolved. No «I’ll call you back,» just a straight, simple answer. He is very honest and transparent and never tries to oversell me. He understands my insurance needs and meets them, all for a price that saves me money. His staff are wonderful, too. I will have my policies with him well into the future.

Well imagine my surprise when I receive a letter informing me that my insurance is being canceled after using the same agent for TWENTY YEARS! From the day I got my license! What happened? I let them know I had moved. Apparently they sent me A LETTER letting me know I needed to see a new agent. I never got this letter they made no other attempts to contact me, I’ve had the same number for 8 years what can I say I’m a loyal customer! Unfortunately Statefarm turns out to not be nearly so loyal and flushed a 20 year relationship without a care! Wondered why I couldn’t pay my bill online. Now I know! Beware! I never had an accident either but my husband was rear ended by another Roger Clark customer a few months back. And after sending us a settlement check that we signed off on they called and tried to say we’d have to pay it back. They quickly changed their tune when we told them he only stopped seeing the chiropractor because we moved but wasnt released. Makes me curious if the two incidents are related somehow. Never had any issues with them prior but GOODBYE STATEFARM I WON’T BE BACK!
