Apartments are small, staff can care less about you. Rent is unbelievably expensive, you can live in a house for cheaper. And don’t plan on sleeping in… they start mowing the lawn so early, not to mention they do it every other day.

When inquiring about leasing an apartment here I was informed that if you will be bringing a pet cat into your home that it has to be declawed. Personally, I feel this practice is inhumane and won’t do it.
As nice as these apartments look along with the friendly leasing staff, I will not be pursing anything with them. They need to carefully reexamine their pet policy. Do dogs need to be declawed? Never heard of the practice but why discriminate by animal?
I was informed that we could obtain a letter from the vet saying that the cat (6 years old) is too old to be declawed but I’m not adding this worthless hurdle to the process.
Too bad. The place looks wonderful.
